When you choose to become Wichita’s only independent, Assisted Living Facilities senior care advisor, finding the right place for mom takes on a whole new meaning.
A few years ago, Brian Stemple’s aunt suffered a stroke. When his parents arrived to make decisions about ongoing care, they struggled to determine not just what level of care was needed, but where to turn for it. After watching his parents struggle with having to make sudden decisions with little to go on, and having devoted his last 15 years to health care, he knew there had to be a better way to help people when they need it most, yet know the least.
“I’m helping a family I didn’t know before, in a time of need, and that’s what I love most.”
Seeing the passion and care in his eyes
, Brian's wife Lori understood right away. So, off went Brian to create Next Phase Senior Solutions
. Spending the next four months completely immersing himself in the local Wichita senior care market, Brian built relationships from social workers to dementia and memory care providers to assisted living facilities. He knew that, before he could help even one son or daughter find a place for mom or dad, he’d have to be aware of all the senior care options Wichita has to offer.
When he's not spending time with Lori and their two children Morgan and Brennan, he’s meeting with family members who have suddenly found themselves as the primary senior care provider for mom or dad, a role perfectly suited for a modest Christian man with deep-rooted family values.
Born and raised right here in Wichita, Brian graduated from South High School and Wichita State University. He and his family attend Pathway Church.
